Senior cats don't like to play with kittens so your new kitten will be best suited with another like minded playmate.<br/><br/>Cats are a life long commitment of 15-20 years and are not "disposable". Please give new pets coming into your home the rule of 3/3/3 for transitioning: going into a new home can be scary, plan on 3 days in a quiet room to settle and feel safe; 3 weeks to start getting more comfortable in your home, and within 3 months or so they will know they are in their forever home
