Rhonda's Story
Rhonda has traded farm life for the good life—and she has fully embraced her new role as Godmother to the foster kittens.

And let’s just say, Rhonda takes her job very seriously.

She keeps a close eye on the little ones, supervises their care, and patiently tolerates their kitten antics. Having been a mom herself, she knows exactly how to handle babies—and she’s got the patience to prove it. You’ll often find her hanging out with her foster mom, making sure everything is running smoothly. In the mornings, Rhonda loves sleeping beside her foster mom, and sometimes she’ll even snuggle up with one of her foster-kitten protégés.

But don’t let her supervisory duties fool you—Rhonda is still a playful girl! She loves batting around her feline flyer, chasing the laser pointer, and showing off her hunting skills. Even with only one working eye, this girl can still catch her “prey”!

Rhonda is interactive, affectionate, playful, and wonderfully patient. She would be happy in a home with either younger or older children. She doesn’t seem to be a fan of dogs, however, so she’d prefer a canine-free household.

If you’ve been thinking about adopting two cats, Rhonda would love a familiar face by her side. She could be adopted with JJ or Maxine, both of whom she knew from her farm days, or even with one of her current foster-kitten friends.

At around 2 years old, Rhonda is spayed, up to date on vaccines, combo tested, and microchipped. She is currently being fostered in Alexandria.

Rhonda may have only one working eye, but she has a whole lot of love to give. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion with a wonderful personality, a lot of patience, and a very important supervisory position to fill, Rhonda might just be your girl!

Apply to meet Georgie at https://www.animalalliesva.org/application-form/
