Rhodey's Story

Meet Rhodey, Rhodey is a 1yr old, DSH, M/N, grey cat. Rhodey came into the shelter as a stray who was hanging around a local nursery. They had every intention on neutering and keeping him as part of their barn cat family.. But, as he got a bit older, he started chasing off all of their established cats. So he was surrendered to find his next forever home. Rhodey is neutered and current on vaccines. He would do well as a barn cat, and would need to be the only cat due to his territorial nature. He is friendly towards people, and has shown no real issues with the cats here, but we want to find him his best forever home. If you feel Rhodey is right for you, stop in and say hi!

Tri Town Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Animal adoption through the Tri Town Animal Shelter requires; *A fully completed adoption application. *A meet and greet with the potential adopter and animal. *A meet and greet with any potential family members residing in the household. *A meet and greet with any potential animals residing in the household (dog vs dog only). *A housing check for renters and leasing parties. *A veterinary check on all potential adopters. *You must be 18 years old to adopt - and - we do not do 2nd party adoptions (whoever is receiving the animal is to complete all the above steps in person). Adoption fees are as follows; Cats (all) $200.00 Dogs (all) $300.00 These fees include spay -or- neuter of the animal, worming, distemper (1st and 2nd, depending on length of stay at the shelter) and 1- or 3-year rabies vaccinations (dependent on previous vaccinations). Heartworm, FIV, FELK testing and Micro Chipping can be added at an additional charge to the adopter. *Note* All pricing is subject to change at any time.
