I do like to hide when I feel uncomfortable and even when I feel comfortable. I am very scared and will need time to adjust in a new home, so I will need a patient family that can give me the time and space I need. <br/>I promise that I will come out for attention when I feel confident. Even now, if you visit me in the kennel I will nudge your hand for attention. <br/>I am not a big fan of being carried but I do tolerate it. I would do best in a home with older kids that will not approach me too quickly or pick me up in a moments notice.<br/>Come meet me and let's start our story together!

City of Henderson Animal Care and Control's Adoption Policy
City of Henderson Animal Care and Control does require an adoption application to be completed prior to adoption. The information includes your name, address, phone number, and email. Please return application in person. No online adoptions. All current dogs/cats must be sterilized and current on rabies to adopt from our shelter. Anyone can adopt from the shelter, not just Henderson residents. The shelter does reserve the right to deny an adoption if the potential adopter fails to meet standards. Adoption fees. Kittens (6 month and younger) $100 Cats $85 Puppies (6 month and younger) $150 Dogs under 30 pounds $125 Dogs over 30 pounds $100 Rabbits $40 These fees include the routine vaccines, spay or neuter surgery if not already done, microchip ID and registration, and a rabies tag or Henderson License (depending on where you live).
