You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Rex was rescued from the Austin City Pound on 5/8/25 when no one came to claim him. He is a younger guy--probably about 9 months to a year old according to the vet. He is a tad on the shy side here at MCHS, but Rex doesn't mind having his chin scratched and being pet! He is now neutered, current on shots, and has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV. We are looking for a loving, patient, indoor-only home for this handsome guy. Adoption fee is $80 and you must be 21 to adopt from MCHS. A pet carrier is required at the time of adoption.
