Rex's Story

Meet Rex: a big, orange-and-white hunk of burning love with a lot to say and zero hesitation about saying it. This very, very vocal gentleman believes silence is overrated and will happily narrate his day, your day, and any thoughts he has in between. Rex adores attention and pets, considers strangers to be friends he just hasn't been petted by yet, and made himself right at home immediatelylike he'd been waiting for you all along. He'll occasionally grace your lap with his presence, especially if cuddles are involved, and when he's not soaking up affection, he's busy playing with his favorite toy: hair ties (seriously, guard your drawers). If you're looking for a confident, affectionate cat with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Rex is ready to move in and run the householdloudly. He does have a chronically weepy eye that the vet has checked out, just something that needs a quick wipe now and then. He may dramatically object while it's being cleaned, but don't worry all is immediately forgiven about two seconds later, usually in exchange for pets.
*

This kitty has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines.

If you would like to meet this kitty please fill out an application for adoption at https://www.kindredkitties.org/cat-adoption

An approved application must be on file before we will arrange for a meeting with kitties in foster care.

Adoption fees for our kittens 9 weeks to 1 year are $150 for one kitten ($240 for two). Adoption fees for adults (over a year) are $100 ($160 for two).

Thank you for considering a Kindred Kitty.
