Her finders had put a full dog ivectin on her & she was showing neurological issues. She needed help right away so we took her on. She was on IV for 2 days at our vet flushing out her system and she was as good as new. . She is now ready for adoption. She has been living in a foster home these past couple of months . Rev has been flea treated twice , dewormed twice, received 2 sets of FVCRP vaccines plus her rabies and microchip. Her spay by AVA at 5 - 6 months of age is also included in her $350 adoption fee. She is a your typical playful active kitten who loves playing with all her toys, and cuddle with her BFF Buzz, Rev is a non stop purr machine who loves the feather wands, toy mice and springs. Rev and her BFF Buzz MUST be adopted together as they do everything together, cuddle, groom etc. It is recommended that they start out in a safe room with food, litter and toys until they adjust to a new environment. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. Little kittens are not appropriate for children under the age of 6. They would be great with older children.

Action Volunteers for Animals - Hamilton's Adoption Policy
All AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat. AVA does not accept applications for single kittens. AVA does not adopt out of province or out of country. Adopters should live within a one-hour radius of our locations in the Greater Toronto Horseshoe Area (GTHA). Due to the overwhelming volume of applications we are receiving, a response to short-listed applicants may be delayed. While we endeavour to contact short-listed applicants within 48 hours, a response may take up to a week. Adoption Fees: Standard adoption fees for cats and kittens include vetting, spay/neuter (at AVA's vets) , deworming, microchip, and initial vaccine at the time of adoption (FVRCP and rabies if age-appropriate). Additional fees may apply for cats who have had or are due for vaccine boosters prior to adoption. Testing for FIV/FeLeuk is not included unless specifically indicated, as testing is not standard practice.   As of April 1st, 2024 AVA’s adoption fee schedule will be as follows: Adult over 1 year: $250 (with initial vaccine) Adult over 1 year: $325 (with second/booster vaccine) Kitten or juvenile under 1 year: $275 (with initial vaccine) Kitten or juvenile under 1 year: $350 (with booster vaccine) Seniors ( 10+years) & special needs $200 Special breeds starting at $250 - a $75 additional fee may be applied for special breed who have had a booster administered prior to adoption Total fees will be confirmed by the AVA adoption coordinator Think you found your new best friend?
