Remedy's Story

Remedy is easy-going, gracious and precious. She will start out with her new family being timid and frightened in a strange environment. Let Remedy "map it out" as she makes her way around the house to smell, investigate and identify safe places. She will depend on her own safe place to go such as a crate, kennel, carrier or cardboard box. Remedy seeks out her human companion in the morning to join you on your lap and head bunts for petting. She times the want for attention just when you sat down with your first cup of coffee. Hold on tight to the coffee cup as the head bunting is strong and persistent! Remedy is okay with being picked up and held closely as she melts into your chest. She has a very soft meow; at times it is a silent meow. Remedy will be your cure for drab days!

Her ideal home is with an individual, couple or family with older children. Remedy is accustomed to being around other cats. She has been around cat-friendly dogs.

Remedy is a one-year-old buff tiger tabby with white and flaunts a long coat and orange eyes. Her adoption fee is $70.

To submit Remedy's adoption application, copy and paste the link: Adoption Application for Feral Feline Coalition

Feral Feline Coalition's Adoption Policy
All adoptions are conducted by the foster following an in-person interview with the potential adopter. We have a booth most Saturdays at the Fresh Market in Ocean Springs and sometimes bring our adoptable cats there for everyone to meet! You can contact us at feralfelinecoalition@gmail.com. We interview people, determine if they are a good match for the cat and can be responsible pet parents. They must have a carrier to take home a cat, complete the adoption agreement and pay a minimum donation of $70.00.
