Reggie's Story

Reggie is the definition of a laid-back gentleman. At 6 years old, this handsome, easygoing boy has been through more than his fair share. He came to rescue in rough shape after an animal attack, suffering from multiple abscesses and facing an uncertain future. But Reggie proved everyone wrong. With lots of care and determination, he has made an incredible recovery and is now a happy, plump, content cat who enjoys the simple pleasures in life. He gets along well with other cats and brings a calm, comforting presence wherever he goes.

One of Reggie's favorite things in the world is his morning belly rub! During his treatment, it was discovered that he has diabetes, so he receives insulin twice daily. Reggie takes his routine in stride and doesn't let it slow him down one bit. He's looking for a loving adopter who can help him stay healthy while giving him the affection he adores. In return, Reggie will reward you with his sweet nature, gentle companionship, and endless gratitude. If you're searching for a resilient, loving cat with a heart of gold, Reggie is ready to meet you.
