Reetz's Story

Reetz is a sweet female tuxedo girl with the most adorable black heart-shaped nose. Reetz is about 1 year old and was hanging around the Owatonna Target store when Helping Paws trapped her during one of the coldest nights last winter. She is now spayed, up to date on shots, and ready for her new home. Reetz is very friendly and enjoys playing with toys. She LOVES being petted but isn’t a fan of being picked up, so small children wouldn’t be a good fit with her. She also isn’t fond of other cats. She’s hoping for a forever home where she is the only pet and will receive plenty of attention from her humans.

Helping Paws of Southern Minnesota's Adoption Policy

Potential adopters will be asked to fill out our adoption application and then contact us by email to check with us that we have received the application. After review of the application (which could take a few days to a week) and all is well, we will set up a meet and greet with the cat or kitten. We will request a home or virtual visit before approving the application.
