Raven's Story

Raven is a 8 year-old sleek little beauty with a small patch of white on her chest. She recently lost her human companion, my mom, to cancer. She's a bit shy at first, but curious and friendly and loves being around people. She's a lap kitty and loves nothing more than to snuggle up on a welcoming lap and purr to her heart's content. She likes to jump on the bed and wiggle on her back, and she appreciates a good belly rub. Raven's very loyal-she followed my mom around the house like a puppy, but she doesn't like sharing her humans with other animals. She would need to be an only pet, as she does not get along with other cats or dogs.

Apply online at cnycatcoalition.org/adoption-application (say you saw the cat on Petfinder).

Your donation of $100 will contribute to the cost of veterinary treatments the cat has received, such as spay/neuter, rabies and distemper vaccines, testing, microchipping, deworming medication, and flea and ear mite treatments.

Adoption includes a free lifetime microchip registration!

CNYCC is a New York State Registered Shelter/Rescue, Registration Number: RR099
