Rasp's Story
Rasp is the delicate "girly girl" of the Coal Mine Kids litter. She is almost obsessively clean, and hates to be dirty, which is quite funny, because its the total opposite of all three of her siblings! She is so clean that she doesn't even love being picked up by humans. she knows it's coming, because she is so tiny and adorable, so she kind of just braces herself and tolerates it because she knows it makes us feel happy and loved. She doesn't even fight too much or squirm her way out. She just accept her fate as a little black house panther. But as soon as you put her back down, whatever she was previously doing has to wait, because she will need to bathe herself clean again!

Rasp is a quiet kitten, more shy and far less adventurous than her brothers or sister. But she is also the most laser focused when it comes to play time. While the others run around bouncing off the walls, Rasp will zero in on a particular toy, and will happily keep herself entertained with it!

Rasp and her littermates are five months old (as of August 3rd, 2026). She and her sister, Auger, are particularly bonded and will need to be adopted together as a pair. We do offer discounts on the adoption fee for pairs that are kept together.
