Rascal was rescued from outside with his 2 siblings, they were brought to Community Cat Crew where they have been fully vetted and now this cutie is looking for his forever home. Rascal is known for being the "shadow" of his litter. He absolutely adores people and would love a human of his own to follow. He is also a very high energy cat that loves to play.
