Ranger's Story

Ranger’s life started out in a rough and scary way. He and his sister, Hazel, were found sick and abandoned at the local transfer station. Both were in terrible shape. Happily, they were rescued by United Paws and given the medical care they needed. Ranger is thriving in his foster home where he receives lots of love, attention, and good food. He is now ready to settle down with his perfect human family.

Ranger is all black with a white diamond marking on his neck. He has always been a bit shy at first - standing behind the bold personality of his sister, Hazel. Once he feels safe and relaxed, his sweet and loving personality really shines. Ranger’s foster mother calls him a “perfect kitten in every way.” It would be wonderful if Ranger and his sister could be adopted together or in a home with other playmates. Ranger is very social around his foster kitten family, but can be very timid around humans. The perfect family will have adults or older children that will give him time to adjust, grow, and learn to trust again.

Like any healthy and fun loving kitten, Ranger loves to play, wrestle, chase, climb, and explore his world and everything in it. He especially loves climbing cat trees and playing in tunnels. He has lots of fun batting around foil balls and chasing laser lights. This sweet kitten deserves to be in a loving home where he can experience safety, warmth, good food, and lots of loving care. He is ready to find his forever home.
