Randy

Meet Randy! Randy is an absolute doll, and definitely a crowd favorite at the center. From Day 1 he has just had the sweetest, most outgoing personality. He's never met a stranger, and is ready to be held from minute 1 of meeting. He loves to perch on our shoulders like a parrot. He's down for everything, even being carried around in a side pouch. He's a little chatterbox, and likes to chirp and purr for attention. If we won't hold him, he'll just climb up our shoulders anyway.

Randy is energetic and playful when running around the center. He'll chase anything that moves, and loves a cat teaser. Noisy toys are also a favorite.

Randy is a little more hit-or-miss with other cats. It takes him a while to warm up at first, and some growling and grumbling typically ensues. Once the pecking order is established, though, he loves to play and wrestle with others. He has been living with two adult roommates recently, and has done really well with them. They've helped him chill out and accept some big brother/sister discipline and love. His ideal kitty companion would be able to put up with his initial hot-and-cold personality and then accept lots of roughhousing.

Randy does great with children. He has not been tested with dogs.

Randy is estimated to be 5 months old as of August 2026. He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. With an approved application, his adoption fee is $106.

If you are interested in adopting this particular dog or puppy, please see our Adoption Guidelines at http://www.humanesocietyall.com/applications/ .
