Hello I am Raisin <3 I am a sweet and silly boy who always has a wide eyed expression like I am shocked - unless I am heavy lidded and sleepy while cuddling on the couch, which is my favorite.

Whether it's resting in a sunbeam with my cat friends, using my foster dog's bum as a pillow, or cozying up under a blanket with you, I LOVE to be cozy.

Don't be fooled though - I am an expert teaser toy fanatic and even though I might miss 7/10 swings, I always give a 10/10 effort, leaping in the air.

I like to be picked up and I am very vocal at meal time - I will let out a scraggly meow that sounds like some sort of weasel-bat hybrid to let you know I am very excited to eat (who can relate?).

Raisin gets along with other cats, dogs and would be an excellent pet for a first time owner or for a family with small children. Although it is not required, he would be happy to be adopted with his brother Meep.

Cuddly Claws Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Our adoption process is designed to ensure the best match between each cat and their new family. Potential adopters begin by filling out an adoption application, which helps us learn about their home, lifestyle, and expectations. Once approved, we schedule a meet-and-greet so they can spend time with the cat. If it feels like a good fit, we finalize the adoption with an agreement and adoption fee, and the cat goes home already spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. We remain available after adoption to provide support and answer questions, because we want every placement to be successful and lifelong.
