Rain and Deejay may have come from different litters, but they’ve formed a special bond during their time at the shelter and are now looking for a forever home together.<br/><br/><br/>Rain is a 9-month-old sweetheart with a gentle spirit, and Deejay is an 8-month-old handsome boy with a soft, soulful nature. Both had to fend for themselves at a young age, so they can be a little shy at first and need time to feel safe.<br/><br/>With patience, love, and a quiet space to settle in, they blossom beautifully. Once they learn to trust you, they turn into total purring machines who adore being near their people.<br/><br/>Rain and Deejay would thrive in a calm home with someone who understands that building trust takes time. This program allows you to take a cat home for a period of time before you finalize the adoption, to determine if you and the cat are a good lifelong match. Matches will be made for residents living on Vancouver Island only at this time. <br/>For more information, see https://thecatadvocates.com/adoption.html.<br/>Please note, the best applicant will be chosen for the best fit for the cat, adoptions are not on a first come first served basis.<br/><br/>Adoption fees:<br/>Kittens, up to one year - $300<br/>Adults, 1-10 years - $225<br/>Adults, 10-15 years - $175<br/>15+ years - TBD
