Meet Ragu <br/><br/>Let's be honest about Ragu - she is not your typical cuddly kitten... at least not right away.<br/><br/>What she is though?<br/> Incredibly, over-the-top PLAYFUL<br/>We mean it when we say it - Ragu lives for playtime. Toys, other cats, anything that moves... she's all in. She will immediately engage, chase, pounce, and keep herself (and you) entertained for hours.<br/><br/> A total cat's cat<br/>Ragu absolutely thrives around other cats. She would do best in a home with a confident, playful feline friend who can help show her that humans aren't so scary and help bring her out of her shell even more.<br/><br/> With people... she's a work in progress<br/>Ragu isn't aggressive - she's just unsure. She doesn't run and hide here; in fact, she's usually right out in the playroom, living her best life. She just isn't interested in being picked up or fussed over right now.<br/><br/>But here's the important part - she is making progress.<br/><br/>With time, patience, and consistency, Ragu is starting to trust. When you meet her where she's at and let her come to you, she's beginning to enjoy gentle interaction... and yes, she will purr for chin scratches <br/>It just takes time to earn that from her - and it will be so worth it.<br/><br/> Her ideal home:<br/> Another playful, confident cat<br/> A patient adopter who understands she will need time to adjust<br/> Someone who values personality and play over instant cuddles<br/> A home ready to give her space, routine, and lots of enrichment<br/><br/>Ragu loves being in our playroom here - she doesn't hide away, she's right out in the action. She's curious, bold, and full of life... just still learning to fully trust people.<br/><br/> And that's okay.<br/><br/>Not every cat is going to walk into a home and curl up in your lap on day one. Some, like Ragu, need a little extra understanding - but in return, you get to watch their personality grow and their trust build, which is something really special.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a quiet, instantly cuddly cat, Ragu isn't the one for you.<br/>But if you're looking for a fun, energetic, slightly quirky kitten who will make you laugh every single day and grow with you...<br/><br/> Ragu is your girl.
