Rafiki

When you combine boundless energy, questionable decision-making, and an overwhelming need to be the center of attention, you get Rafiki!

This handsome little dreamsicle is a proud member of our Lion King crew, rescued in Milwaukee alongside his mama and siblings. While his namesake may be a wise old baboon, our Rafiki is still working on that whole wisdom thing. He's currently much more interested in climbing furniture, scaling humans, and chasing his own shadow. Yes, literally. He'll also happily chase any shadow puppets you're willing to provide.

Rafiki approaches everything with maximum enthusiasm. And this boy takes mealtime very seriously. He prefers having his own plate for wet food and treats. Sharing is a concept he'll consider at a later date.

Despite his busy schedule of being completely ridiculous, Rafiki has a wonderfully sweet side. Between his zooming adventures, he'll occasionally settle in for some cuddles before remembering there's probably something somewhere that needs to be pounced on. He's affectionate, outgoing, entertaining, and thinks every human he encounters should stop whatever they're doing and acknowledge his existence. If you don't, he'll climb you until you do.

Rafiki is looking for a home that will embrace his wonderfully wild kitten energy and give him plenty of opportunities to play, explore, and burn off steam. He'll also need a feline playmate to help keep him entertained. His siblings Nala and Simba are available for adoption, and Rafiki would make an especially fantastic duo with his sister Nala!

If your home could use a more laughter, a lot more action, and an orange kitten adventurer, Rafiki is ready for you to scoop him up.

DOB: 7/23/26

All cats are altered, microchipped, dewormed and given age appropriate vaccinations.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a physical shelter, therefore all our cats reside in foster homes. We do require a completed application prior to setting up a Meet & Greet in a foster home.
