Jacobi (and his sister Sasha) were found in the middle of the road and rescued by a good Samaritan. He will soon be available for adoption once he is neutered, vaccinated, and tested. Sundown Inc's Adoption Policy

Potential parents must fill out an app of interest, answering all questions, that will allow us a better feel of whether or not the pet of interest will provide a proper match. Then a meet and greet must be set up between potential parents and the pet of interest to see if personalities and dispositions are of a proper match. Once a decision is made by Sundown staff, potential parents must send in their adoption fee via Paypal followed by the signing of the adoption contract and exchange of hands.
