RACHEL's Story

RACHEL
DOB: 06/06/25
Female, 3 lb.

Rachel is a very beautiful, sweet, and very petite little girl. She is Monica's baby and is a tiny little replica of sweet Monica. Rachel and her siblings (Ross) and the rest of their litter were born in June in a crevasse under a loading dock at the Ohio Basement Authority building. They fell on to the ground just after they were born when Monica was scared away by a truck pulling n to unload. They were found (and brought to PetPromise) and we went back to rescue their Mama who had been left behind. She (Monica) who was only about 5 months old at the time.

Rachel and Ross (and Monica are the last ones left. The rest of the kittens were adopted. Rachel, like all of the babies, is a purr factory. She is gentle and loves to cuddle (especially when you're sitting down or in bed) She also loves to race around with the other kittens and curl up with her brother Ross for an afternoon nap. She loves to watch people get ready in the morning and runs out to see who is coming up the stairs to greet them at her foster home.

She is a very small little girl and will be a tiny cat like her mother, Monica. She loves other cats and kittens, has not been around dogs but she is still a kitten so could be introduced easily. She is a very sweet and special gorgeous girl that deserves a wonderful home where she can be loved forever!
---

If you are interested in opening your heart and your home to Rachel for the next 15-20 years, please complete an online adoption application at https://form.jotform.com/223107373504044

We do not have a shelter or sanctuary. All pets are cared for in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted.

We require a home visit as part of the application process. We are only able to coordinate home visits where we have local volunteers.

All of the cats in our care and available for adoption have been rescued from shelters, the streets or from neglect or abuse situations. We do our best to determine the given breed or breeds of any cat or kitten in our program based on our experience and advice of professionals.

NOTE: PetPromise requires that young kittens be adopted in pairs unless you have an existing kitten or young cat at home. This policy is intended to ensure that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development. Most rescue groups have similar policies regarding kittens. Click here to learn more about why this is important: http://petpromise.org/singlekitten
