Rachel's Story

Hi, my name is Rachel, and I was born around May of 2025 so I am a young lady, and a dilute calico with a gentle heart and a hopeful story. I was first found as a stray, and at the time everyone thought I was meant for TNR, so I'm spayed and have a tipped ear. But it turns out I had other plans. Once I was given a chance, I showed that I'm much more social than anyone expected. I really enjoy people, feeling safe indoors, and being someone's sweet companion. I'm especially hoping my new family and my forever person. I already feel at home inside and would love nothing more than to stay where my heart feels settled. My tipped ear just tells part of my journey, not who I am now. I'm ready to leave my stray days behind and start my life as a loved indoor kitty. If you believe in happy endings and second chances, I'm ready to be yours.

Our application process is simple, and online, or you may download a printable version on our website. All of our kitties come fully vetted and the adoption fees include spay/neuter, combo tested for FIV/FELV, a 1 year rabies, FVRCP's (age appropriate), microchip. All kitties are also given monthly worming medications and topical flea treatments. Once the application is recieved, and confirmed, a volunteer will resond within a short window to set up a meet and greet to meet the kitty that you have applied for. An approved application does not require the application to adopt the cat they applied for but is rather the first step in our application process. All of our fully vetted available kitties are available for adoption to an approved adopter, and the best fit is usually made during the "Meet and Greet" period. To complete an application please go to klassykatsofbc.com, go to the "Adoptable Kitties Tab", scroll through available kitties for adoption, click on adopt.
