Racer's Story
This is Racer! A sweet gal looking for the purr-fect home! That purr-fect home will need to be ready to earn her trust! She is ready to be loved but may take some treats to win her over. In her time at the shelter she has opened up and now knows that people will give her food and care. She loves to give head-butts and receive neck scratches. While not the fondest of being held, she does enjoy laying on a quiet lap. She is looking for an only cat home or a home with other FeLV positive cats. Racer has FeLV but it is regressive. What this means is she has tested positive for FeLV, but actively has no symptoms and cannot spread it. There is a chance for the the virus to reactivate and for her to start presenting symptoms, hence the only cat home or other FeLV cats.
