Racer's Story

Racer and his brother, Boxcar, were found living in a burned down rowhome in Camden, NJ. We took them in at 4.5 months old (9/15/25), and began their
socialization.

Racer is a quiet, observant, smart little boy. This sleek black cat is more curious than he is playful. He is still kind of skittish around humans, but he is getting better with that everyday.

Racer likes to perch himself high on a cat tree and look at the world around him. He is a sweet boy, and he also is very food and treat motivated.

Racer is far more independent than Boxcar, and he will be fine as a solo cat, or if he becomes one of a group. For Boxcar’s sake, we would like them to be adopted as a pair, and will offer adoption fee discounts to anyone willing to take them both home!
