Their mom has since been spayed and cared for on-site, but it wasn’t a safe environment for two friendly kittens. When their feeder realized how sweet and social they were, she brought them home to foster and help them find their forever family.<br/><br/>Murphy is the outgoing brother — bold, playful, and curious. On his first day in foster care he discovered a ball toy and played with it for 30 minutes straight! When you pick him up he leans his head on your shoulder and rests his paw on your arm for extra affection. He’s a little trickster who loves to roll over for belly rubs and turn them into playful sneak attacks.<br/><br/>Quinn started off shy but has blossomed into a loving, gentle kitten who follows Murphy’s lead. He’ll tap you with his paw for pets and loves gentle belly rubs. He’s discovering that being held can be nice too, especially for short snuggles.<br/><br/>These boys do everything together — eating, playing, sleeping — and often like to keep a paw on you or each other. They’re happiest when they’re near their people and each other.<br/><br/>Murphy and Quinn are looking for a forever home together where they can continue to thrive. They’ll bring double the joy, double the snuggles, and double the fun to a lucky adopter.<br/><br/>The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org.<br/><br/>All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are fully vaccinated. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped. <br/><br/>We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag! We do not do out of state adoptions for the safety of our cats.
