Quinn's Story
Quinn - Female DOB 4/7/2021 Domestic Short Hair - Calico

Quinn is an affectionate cat, but is also an independent and thoughtful cat who may need a little time to adjust. She ended up in a southern shelter after losing her longtime home when her person passed away. Once she feels secure, she becomes very affectionate and loves attention, especially if it’s paired with gentle brushing. She prefers a peaceful environment and would do best as the only pet in the home. She’s not a fan of dogs or children and would thrive in a quiet home with someone who will give her the time and patience she needs to come out of her shell.

Quinn likes to be around people, and prefers to hang out nearby, and not necessarily on your lap. She loves head rubs and will also allow belly rubs when she's feeling especially lovey. She loves to have an audience while she eats—she’ll eat more and seem happier when someone’s near, gently petting her and talking softly. A sunny spot by a window and a cozy place to curl up would make all her dreams come true! Once she feels safe and happy, she loves to roll over and get continuous pets.

Quinn is a great companion, but also with her independent side, does not need someone home all day to give her constant attention. She has been on a low daily dose of Prozac which she takes easily in her food due primarily from stress of being around other cats. When she is separated from all the other cats, she's much more happy and loving of pets which will keep her much more happy.

Please apply via our easy online application at https://furrr.org/cat-adoption-process/All kitten(s) and cat(s) at FuRRR Feline Rescue are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations for their age, combo tested for FIV/FeLV, microchipped and have a Health Certificate from a licensed NH veterinarian.
