Hi, I’m Q!<br/><br/>My caretakers call me a “chinchilla cat” because, well, I kind of look like one and my fur is unbelievably thick, plush, and soft. I am an older gentleman around 10 years old, but I definitely do not act like it. I am a big retired tom cat who still has plenty of personality and spunk, and when the mood strikes, I still get little bursts of zoomie energy that make everyone laugh. People always tell me that my big, squishy tom-cat cheeks are impossible not to fall in love with, and they are usually right!<br/><br/>What I truly love is affection. I stretch out on your chest, give strong little hugs, and hang over your shoulder like a warm, purring scarf. If you want someone to come home to and cuddle with on the couch every night, I am your man!<br/><br/>I am also a kitten magnet. Since arriving at the rescue, I have cared for eight kittens. I groom them, supervise them, and teach them all my grown-up cat wisdom. I get along wonderfully with cats of all ages.<br/><br/>I am here today because I am a very lucky boy. I had a serious scare during my neuter surgery and needed a few weeks to recover, but I have bounced back better than ever. I am finally nice and plump, and my fur is softer than it has ever been. After spending most of my life on the streets, I am very content being an indoor cat and happily trading street life for couch time and cuddles.<br/><br/>If you want a loyal cuddle buddy who will be by your side every single day, I would be honored to be your new best friend.
