Hi there! I'm a sleek and boy, all black with just a bit of white fur on my belly. I may be named for the video game, but I am definitely a lover (of snuggles)! I love my humans! I do love to play, and chasing after wands or tossed toys is the best! I still can’t catch that red dot though! And when I’m all done, I love to curl up in bed with my human and will put my head in your hand for head scritches! I did have a little bit of a messy right eye when I was rescued, but that’s all cleared up now! I haven’t met a dog or kid before, and seem OK with other cats but have mostly been on my own! I would so love to bring my sweet and shiny disposition home to your family! Est. DOB: January 4, 2025 Fully vetted: treated for fleas, ear mites, and intestinal parasites, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted), spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations (including FVRCP+FeLV [initial vaccination and booster] and rabies), and microchipped with shelter paid registration.

Alley Cats and Angels's Adoption Policy

An approved application is required before a meet and greet will be scheduled. These meetings are by appointment only and may take place at a foster home. Minimum Requirements for Adoption - Provide a state-issued driver’s license or ID with your current address. - Be able and committed to providing a stable permanent home for the cat’s lifetime (12-18 years) - Live within three hours of the Triangle area. - At least 21 years old. - Show proof you can have a pet where you live. Renters must provide a current lease with pet policy; homeowners will be verified through public records. - Be willing and able to provide proper medical care, including routine visits, vaccinations, and treatment for illnesses. - Ensure your current pets are sterilized and up-to-date on vaccinations. Rabies shots are required by law in North Carolina. Vet references will be checked, Additional guidelines and considerations: - We recommend that everyone considers having a formal care plan for unexpected changes in life situations due to employment, medical care or aging. - We cannot guarantee any cat as an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) due to changing behaviors. If you intend to register the cat as an ESA, your living situation must meet our adopter expectations. We do not consider cats for temporary housing like college dorms. For ESAs, we recommend working with a shelter that has a behaviorist on staff.

Alley Cats and Angels is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) foster-home based cat rescue run entirely by volunteers. Our rescue is dedicated to improving the lives of unwanted and abandoned cats in our community.
