Pumpkin Pie's Story
Pumpkin is a very, very lucky girl. We found her and her brother, Peanut at midnight on a major road, huddled together in fear. They were tiny, around 5 weeks old and feral! Their rescue was not for the faint of heart. It took awhile to domesticate them and they are both extra shy but incredibly sweet. Pumpkin loves food and crates herself at dinner time, waiting patiently for her meal. She gets extremely affectionate when it is time for dinner. She is a major couch potato and will make someone a fantastic lap cat. She has no interest in being outside and playing on the farm. You’ll only find her in the air conditioned cat room anticipating her next meal. She is great with other cats and has never caused any controversy or trouble. She is so shy and not playful that she probably would be best suited for one person or a couple in an apartment, looking for a lazy sweet cat to love.
