Pumpkin's Story

Meet Pumpkin! Pumpkin was taken in by an 85-year-old woman, friends of hers found out about the cat and knew she was lonely. Pumpkin's owner is now very sick, she has a care giver that comes in occasionally to help. It is very challenging for her to take care of the cat. Even scooping the litter box has become very physically difficult.

Pumpkin loves people. She is very friendly. She does well with children and lived in a home with children. She is still very much like a kitten and has lots of energy and is very playful. She has excellent litter box habits and her appetite is good.

From her current pet parent:

“She sleeps in my bed. She loves attention and likes being petted. She get in my face for kisses. She jumps on your lap in the morning when you have your morning coffee.”

Pumpkin is a The Classic Tabby (also sometimes called the marble Tabby). She has prominent stripes on their face and head, with dark swirling patterns contrasted on a lighter base throughout the body, forming a distinctive marbled look. This pattern is more random compared to others, making each Classic Tabby’s coat unique, almost like a fingerprint.

Pumpkin needs to find a home soon before she becomes homeless. She would do best in a home with another young cat or kitten that likes to run, climb and play! She needs a furry playmate in an active home where there will be lots of people to keep her company and give her lots of love.

Pumpkin is spayed, vaccinated, negative for leukemia and FIV, treated for fleas and worms. She will be micro chipped before adoption. We have her medical records from Banfield vet.

Adoption fee $250
