Pumpkin's Story
~Meet Pumpkin (“Pumps”)~

Pumpkin is a handsome orange tabby and white gentleman with the cutest little orange “goatee,” snowy white paws, and a soft white chest. With his velvety fur and soulful eyes, he’s as sweet on the inside as he is adorable on the outside.
Pumpkin is a quiet observer — the kind of cat who takes in the world from his favorite hammock on the cat tree, gazing peacefully out the window. He’s gentle, calm, and wonderfully laid back. While he may be a bit reserved at first, he is a true lover at heart. He doesn’t demand attention, but the moment you offer it, he melts. Roll him over for a belly rub and you’ll hear his quick, happy purr. He absolutely LOVES belly rubs and will happily soak up all the affection you’re willing to give.

His favorite places to snuggle are up high on the cat tower or stretched out in a warm sunny spot. He’s especially attached to his stuffed platypus toy (it’s his prized possession!) and is very motivated by love and attention from his people.
Pumpkin is well socialized in his foster home with other cats, dogs, children, and new visitors. He would thrive in a quiet, calm home where he can feel secure and cherished. He would love to be adopted with his brother, Phantom, as they were previously adopted together — but it’s not required. He can adjust as long as he knows he’s truly home.

Pumpkin was once adopted and returned due to his owners moving out of state. He thought he had found his forever family, and while that chapter ended, he still has hope. What he wants most is stability, love, and a family who will never let him go again.

He does require a lifelong special urinary diet due to previous bladder stones. This commitment is essential to keep him healthy and prevent future medical issues. Pumpkin is absolutely worth it.

Pumpkin is not flashy or demanding — he’s the quiet, steady kind of love that fills your home with warmth. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who will roll over for belly rubs and gaze at you with pure trust, Pumpkin is waiting.
All he wants is a true forever home this time.

He is fully vetted, and up to date on his vaccinations. Neg FIV/FELV.

To come meet Pumpkin, you need to submit the adoption application in the link:
https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/RCCR/Cat
