Pumpkin's Story

Despite being abandoned by a carless human and almost starved to death, Pumpkin is very friendly and affectionate to people. She loves to curl around your feet, especially at feeding time. She enjoys sitting on laps to get pets and scratches and loves to be brushed, but just enough. She has been outside for most of her adult life that we know of, but is adapting well to being indoor with an outdoor cattery attached. She prefers to take her long afternoon naps tucked into a low hiding place in her cattery as apposed to a tall cat tree. She fancies her wet food twice daily and is gaining weight daily. Pumpkin is 2-3 years old, has long blackish brown fur, uses her litter box though she has access to dirt. I am sure she would enjoy hunting once she gets her strength back. She was captured in a feral colony, and was spayed and vaccinated including Rabies in October 2024. She has a tip on her right ear. She seems fine with other cats once she gets to know them. Please consider giving this sweet girl the life she deserves. Pumpkin's adoption fee is $60. Please email fixingferalfelines@gmail.com to set up a meet and greet or text 661-599-6717 Thank you for adopting and not shopping.
