PUMBA's Story

MEET PUMBA AND SIMBA! Bonded Pair These bonded, tabby boys are looking for a new home that is on the quiet side and that doesn't get a lot of visitors. Shy and first and scared of loud noises, Pumba and Simba were described as playful and chatty in their last home. A little catnip goes a long way with these two who were also fond of cuddling, eating together and calling out to each other when in separate rooms. Pumba and Simba are currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been neutered, microchipped, and seen by our vet team. For more information on Pumba and Simba or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Animal Rescue League of Boston's Adoption Policy

We require the following as part of the adoption process: - We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirement. - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older - A photo of the cage your pet will live in, if adopting a small animal or bird - Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier to bring home all adopted cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals or birds of a larger size. All ARL Animal Care & Adoption centers offer new travel carriers for sale ($35 – $40 depending on size), along with gently used carriers, as supplies last ($10).
