Puma's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

This girl, Puma, was found in a cul de sac, stuck in someone's car. Thankfully they heard her cries before they started the car. Once caught, she was absolutely terrified, trembling for the first 48 hours after coming into rescue.

Puma has been making great strides, trading trembles of terror to purrs of peace, leaning into human affection more and more each day. She would do best being adopted with one of her new kitten friends, Dorothy, who is also available for adoption as Dorothy has helped Puma come out of her shell as she learns how to "cat."

Puma's family will need to be patient as she continues to learn to trust people, but she will be worth it! Puma is fostered in Becker.

Kittens do so much better in pairs, socially and developmentally! They have a playmate and cuddle buddy, even when their humans are gone. For this reason, our rescue does not adopt out single kittens, to homes without another YOUNG cat(s).

Interested in adopting?
