Puddy's Story
I tawt I taw a Puddy Tat….That’s what you’ll say when you look at me because my name is “Puddy”.

My markings are striking. I'm mostly white with a solid black tail and a little black on my head and nose. I have 2 big black spots on my back that form both a colon and semicolon when combined with my tail.

I am sweet but quite shy and not outgoing at all. You can pet me but it has to be on my terms, usually if I'm eating or curled up in bed and you approach me quietly. If you scratch under my chin in just the right way, I will purr like crazy. But I'm not a snuggly lap kitty. I like to do my own thing.

I don’t really know how to play with cat toys and catnip does nothing for me. I’m not aggressive in any way.

My foster mom has many cats that I have met through the baby gate on my room but I don’t react to them at all. Honestly, I don’t have any interest in them.

My foster mom says I need a very low-stress home but I will probably do fine with other cats that are calm and won’t chase me or be in my face.

Do you have a super chill home where I can be myself without being pressured into being someone I’m not? I promise that my purring when you hit just the right spot under my chin will be worth it.

If you'd like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website– https://animalalliesrescue.org/adopt/ – and choose me, Puddy! My adoption fee is $100 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare kitties like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. We’ve been checked by a veterinarian, and we’re up to date on age-appropriate immunizations against rabies and FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus & panleukopenia). Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!
