Prince's Story

Meet the newest member of your (now royal) family, Prince!

Prince was surrendered to us after his previous owners had to move and could not take him with them. While he's busy ruling over a temporary foster home, Prince is eager to find his permanent kingdom in a new forever home.

ABOUT PRINCE
- In foster
- Prince loves pets and spending time around people. He also loves to sleep with his foster parent.
- He's put his paws to work by figuring out how to open cupboards. He hasn't found any gold in them yet, but he won't give up until he does!
- Prince loves to play in the evening and overnight, especially with feather toys and laser pointers. He spends most of his day hanging out around the rest of his royal family, chatting to them every once in a while (He's a very vocal guy!) and gazing out the window.
- Two things that disrupt the peace in Prince's royal court are the vacuum cleaner and the presence of strangers, and both send him into hiding.
- He is currently on a special diet to help manage his weight.
- Prince is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.

PRINCE'S IDEAL HOME
- At this time, Prince is the only cat in his foster home and he seems quite content. He could either be adopted alone or into a home with a feline friend.
- Prince's previous owners report that he does well with both cats and dogs, given a proper introduction.
- This gentleman also enjoys older, respectful children once he has gotten to know them.
- Prince is overweight and needs a family that can keep him on track during his weight-loss journey.
- He can become overstimulated at times, and would appreciate a human who is familiar with feline body language.

Looking for royalty to join your family?
