While sweet Pretty Kitty is shy and demure with strangers, once she gets to know you, she is affectionate and loves pets and belly rubs. This beautiful girl is approximately 3 years old. You would never know from her relaxed and friendly personality that she lived outside for several years before she and her second litter (Polly and Archie) were rescued and taken to a foster home.<br/><br/>Pretty Kitty has thrived as a house cat and been an amazing mom. Now that she's finished raising her little ones, she's ready for the next chapter - a loving forever home. At 3 years old, she still has a lot of playful kitten in her. She would do well in a home with another cat, including one of her babies.<br/><br/>To adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
