Prax's Story

Prax is reserved at first, but she opens up quickly with a little bit of love and patience! A sweet lady provided food and shelter for her feral mama and took care of her and her siblings once she was born. Prax and her siblings were feral, but they have learned to trust humans because of the time and patience of their rescuer! She still gets startled easily, but she quickly realizes it’s safe. She is very playful and affectionate with the most mesmerizing eyes. She loves to cuddle on the nearest lap with her sister Elvi. Wichita Animal Action League's Adoption Policy

Adoption fees vary. All animals are sterilized, vaccinated, heartworm tested (dogs), FeLV tested (cats), microchipped, dewormed and have had monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention. All animals are adopted to indoor-only homes. No declawing. Fill out an application at WAALrescue.org/adoptions to get matched with an animal and schedule a meeting.
