PRAIRIE DAWN's Story

"Cats are like little rays of sunshine, bringing joy and warmth wherever they go." Meet our precious Prairie Dawn!

Prairie Dawn is looking for a home with a dog or other cats to be her best friends.
This little girl is seven months old and started out in a feral cat colony. Because of this, it takes her time to warm up to people. Think weeks, not days before you might be able to hold or snuggle her. But Prairie Dawn is totally worth the patience and now joins her foster family on the couch and sleeps at the foot of their bed.

When she’s sleepy Prairie Dawn is especially docile and loving and will give lots of lick kisses. Prairie likes to be nearby you and a part of family activities; she just doesn’t want physical touch as her immediate love language.

Prairie Dawn is very playful and loves cat toys and zooming through the house. She loves to play with and snuggle her animal foster siblings, both feline and canine. Bubbles are her favorite hobby, and she loves watching them in a fish tank or water fountain.

This sweet girl has been passed over several times for being shy and is beyond due for her forever. She’s in a foster home so reach out if you’d like to schedule a time to meet her.

E-mail ccacangels@yahoo.com for more information!

Please come visit!
