Yum!!<br/><br/>At first, Poutine was the quiet observer of his kindle while his siblings romped about in happy chaos. However, that is now firmly in the past and Poutine has discovered the joy of being in the limelight, vying for attention, treats and toys in the midst of all the kittens in the foster room. His confidence bloomed with every positive interactions with people and other cats, and he has become the life of the party, jumping high for flying wands or streaking across the room after the red dot! <br/><br/>He plays joyfully and energetically, but whenever there is an available lap, Poutine will immediately jump on and make adorable air biscuits while lying on his back, getting belly rubs and purring in utter bliss. If the lap was already occupied by another kitten, he will wait patiently for his turn. Sometimes, to prompt a response, he may nibble gently as if to say, ‘I’d like some of that love too!’ He simply needs to have loving hands to pet and cuddle him anytime they are free.<br/><br/>Poutine is a curious and energetic kitty always up for fun games and interactive plays with his fellow foster mates and the people in the room. He adores creamy tube treats, and will wait in line with all the other eager kittens to get his share. Please complete our online application found at: https://www.avacats.org/adoption-application-form.<br/><br/>Our adoption fees cover vetting and include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccines (initial FVRCP and rabies), flea treatment, two dewormings and microchipping.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $275 for each kitten up to 12 months old. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.<br/><br/>All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it's twice the fun for you, and half the work!
