Posie's Story

Posie is a beautiful, active, funny, young adult tuxedo female cat. She came to our rescue after being found as a stray, and her 2 newborn kittens. She was a wonderful and devoted mother to them. Her kittens have been adopted and now it's her turn to find a home!<br/>Posie is now spayed, chipped, and updated on her vaccinations and ready for adoption. She is a very friendly girl who will be such an exciting companion for her new family. She's great with children and both men and women. She is also really good around dogs. She's doing well with the other cats in her foster home but can be a bit dominant, so she does best with cats who are docile or younger than she is. She loves to play and will be an excellent mouser too! Our vet thinks she's around a year old. She has also been fiv/felv tested and is negative for both. Durango Animal Connection's Adoption Policy

If you are interested in one of our animals, please contact us through this site. We will send you an adoption application to be filled out and returned back to us. We will review your application and select the best interested adopters for our pets. Our adoption fees are $200 for dogs over 6 months old, and $250 for puppies. Thank you for your interest in Durango Animal Connection, and in adopting a rescued animal.
