Hello my name is Poppy, I'm from Minnesota!<br/><br/>Poppy has been very shy and timid, but she is very sweet. She seems to get spooked easily but has been receptive to cuddling with my 7 year old and even purring while she's held like a baby by my daughter. She has a very soft and gentle sounding meow that almost sounds more like a chirp or a squeak and I think she'd do best in a home with someone who's receptive to her gentler nature. <br/><br/>But I will say as she's warming up, she's felt more comfortable exploring and there could be a whole different side to her personality that we haven't seen. She has just come out of hiding and we need more time to assess. She's still in a phase where she freezes when you run into her quietly running about, she's like a ninja you barely hear her. Her body language says she needs patience, in my opinion.
