Poppy is a beautiful, sweet, and playful girl with a heart as soft as her fur. From the very beginning of when we met her, it was clear that this girl was simply too affectionate for life on the streets. Just before a big snowstorm rolled in, she was able to safely transition indoors… and she has absolutely blossomed ever since.<br/><br/>Poppy loves being around her people. She craves affection and will gently (and sometimes insistently!) headbutt your hands if you dare to stop petting her before she’s ready, all while purring endlessly. She’s incredibly loving, delightfully silly, and happiest when she’s soaking up attention. When she’s not getting affection, Poppy enjoys batting around string toys and watching the world go by from a cozy window perch.<br/><br/>With slow, gentle introductions, she may enjoy having a feline playmate, but she would also be perfectly happy as your one-and-only, showering you with all of her love and affection.<br/><br/>Poppy is ready for a forever home filled with warmth, playtime, and lots (and lots!) of pets.
