Poppi's Story

This unique cat is named Poppi. Poppi pretends to be independent but loves to rub up against anyone's leg, begging for pets. We originally thought Poppi to be a girl for the longest time only to find out he's a boy when getting fixed! Poppi is ready to claim his own space (he supposes he'll share with a human) and offer adorable playtime and entertainment! Poppi is a certified foody, he will taste from every cat's plate (even thought it's the exact same wet food) but wants to try anyway. Poppi also LOVES other cats - he would definitely thrive in a multiple cat household. We're looking for someone who respects his minimal-touch boundaries and is excited to welcome an adorable cat into their home!

SAINTS SPCA, INC's Adoption Policy
We appreciate your interest in adoption. The adoption fee is $75.00 for adults and $100.00 for kittens, which we identify as any animal under 1 year. If your interested in adopting an animal listed please fill out our application provided online (click on adoption application button located on the right). Applications submitted are given priority over inquiries. Applications are submitted to adoptions@saintsspca.org or form can be printed and emailed as well. Some animals are available for adoption at PetSmart in Hammond, LA. You can visit pets during store hours to see if there is a connection. As always, we hope you find the perfect pet!
