This handsome guy's not winking at you. He lost his eye due to a traumatic injury when he was abandoned and left to fend for himself against neighborhood cats. Apparently his sweet diplomacy did not win them over. He was brought to us by a kind Samaritan and he's been spending his days loving on staff and volunteers. He should adapt easily to a new home.
