A Good Samaritan found him hanging out at a dumpster and witnessed an unstable man shouting and looking for him. Popeye kept his distance and hid until the Good Samaritan could come to his aid. When WOL heard about this, they took Popeye in under their wing.<br/><br/>Popeye is approximately 5-6 years old. He is a big boy, but lean, and has that "Netflix and chill" vibe to him. He loves nothing more than to be cozied up on the couch, in a cat bed, or perched at the top of his favorite cat tree. With what we can imagine his past to be, he is such a well-rounded and docile boy. He would make the perfect addition to a low-key home where the humans love the presence and companionship of a sweet and laid-back kitty. <br/><br/>Popeye is neutered, vaccinated, combo-tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped.
