Pookie's Story

Pookie ? is one of the most sweetest and gentlemen like cats you’ll ever meet! He will patiently wait by his bowl like a perfect little man waiting for his food, not pushy or demanding. You would have no idea that he was originally trapped as a stray in Houston. He shows a lot of gratitude for his human family! You won’t even have to be petting him and he will be contently purring next to you. He does LOVE pets though! He is still getting used to being picked up. He’s slowly getting used to that though and will sit for treats! He loves the other mellow cats in his foster home and will even groom and cuddle them. He must have a kitty friend in his forever home. We aren’t sure about kids or dogs, but he’s pretty easy going and would probably be fine with slow introduction. We think he is about 10 years old.

In Anchorage.
