Polly's Story

Meet Polly 💕

Polly is a sweet, playful young girl who is ready to leave a heartbreaking beginning behind and start a new chapter in a loving forever home. She was born as part of an unplanned pregnancy after her mom, Julie, was likely a former pet who was abandoned and left outdoors, where she became pregnant before help could arrive. Thankfully, a dedicated TNR trapper and colony caretaker stepped in and brought the little family to safety.

Now around 6–8 months old, Polly has fully embraced indoor life. She is spayed, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and is ready for adoption.

Despite her difficult start, Polly is a happy, affectionate kitten with a playful spirit. She loves to explore, play, and then settle in to relax. While her mom Julie will do best as a solo cat in her own home, Polly has adjusted beautifully in foster care and has even formed a friendly bond with another adult cat, showing she does well with respectful feline companions.

Ideally, Polly would be adopted alongside her brother Petey or her sister Pepper, but she could also thrive in a home with an existing cat who is open to welcoming a young friend.

If you’re looking to grow your family with a loving, resilient young cat, Polly is ready to fit right in and show you just how special she is. 🐾💗
