POGO's Story

POGO is a gray marble tabby with white and has a white stripe down his nose. When Pogo came to the shelter, he had a broken right rear leg. After Pogo was examined at the animal hospital, it was determined that the leg had to be amputated. Pogo has certainly recovered from this surgery with flying colors. In fact, when you open his cage, he is eager to get out and run about with no problem. Pogo is 3-4 years old and is a very friendly cat.

Update: Pogo is now one of the cats "on the loose" in the main cat room. With the way he moves, jumps, and leaps around, you wouldn't know he has only three legs. He is quite remarkable!
