Poblano

Meet Poblano, a sweet kitten who spent several weeks living on the streets and keeping her distance, watching us from afar with big curious eyes. She was smart, cautious, and very good at avoiding our traps—until the day she finally decided to give humans a chance. Once safely inside, Poblano slowly learned that hands bring pets, laps are warm, and cuddles can actually feel pretty wonderful. With patience and gentle encouragement, she’s gone from a timid observer to a kitten who enjoys quiet affection and company.<br/><br/>Poblano will do best in a calm, patient home where she can take her time settling in. She may start off shy, but once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines through. You'll also see plenty of her more playful side; she can spend hours chasing after a wand toy! <br/><br/>Poblano loves other cats and would like to befriend your kitty or be adopted with her best friend, Shishito.
